QNX driver for emtrion's MiniPCI CAN-bus card

In addition to the Windows and Linux drivers, emtrion now provides QNX support for the HiCO.CAN-MiniPCI board. The driver is implemented as a multithreaded QNX resource manager, which is able to handle multiple boards and multiple clients (applications) simultaneously on the system.

The driver Application Interface (API) is the same as for the HiCO.CAN-MiniPCI Linux driver - CAN traffic is read and written with the read() and write() system calls and Hardware specific commands (like setting the bitrate) are given with diverse ioctl() calls.

The driver also supports the PCI-104 and PC/104+ CAN-bus cards from emtrion which are soon to be released.
